Jonathan Coulton - Still alive: rework

- Utilisation d'une nouvelle transcription, qui respecte la tonalité
  employé par Jonathan Coulton et facilite les doigtés.
- Répétition des accords.
- Utilisation de la typographie du générique du jeu.
- Ajout de la partition pour les arpèges.
- Indications d'interprétation.

À noter que la partition Lilypond contient aussi les paroles et les
accords ; si cela est jugé trop lourd on pourra ne garder que la
partition elle-même.
